Consumer rights and obligations

- Investors are obliged to announce completion of construction of facilities for timely changes in customer records due to the application of the appropriate price.
- Possibility of billing at the building level (the so-called notification bill) - For residential buildings with a single water meter (main) and where consumption is allocated based on the number of persons registered for each service customer, there is a possibility to submit a notification bill from which the following data is visible: date from-to for calculation of consumption, water meter status, total consumption at the level of residential building, total financial amount, data whether the bill may have been issued with an estimate.
