Connecting to municipal water facilities
In order to initiate the procedure for connecting to municipal water facilities, it is necessary to submit a Request for Connection (with the required documentation) which can be downloaded from the official site www.vio.hr, or personally at the connections desk at the address Folnegovićeva 1, 10000 Zagreb.
The cost of the water supply/drainage connection construction depends on the actual expenses on the field.
All the works contracted with Vodoopskrba i odvodnja d.o.o., the construction of the connection - construction and installation works, including water meter, are included in the aforementioned costs and road repair.
The costs of work on the internal part of the installation, shingle/watertight box included, shall be covered by the requester.
For users of the local self-government unit of the City of Zagreb, Decision on suspension of payment of costs for construction of connections to communal water structures, for household category, published in the Official Gazette of the City of Zagreb on 14.12.2021, Article 3 constructions that have been concluded and those that will be concluded on the basis of application for connection with complete documentation to be submitted before the entry into force of this decision will be made, in the order of receipt, in accordance with the Decision on connection to municipal water structures (Official Gazette of Zagreb 12/16) up to the amount of funds planned in the Budget of the City of Zagreb for 2021 and the Budget of the City of Zagreb for 2022 and projections for 2023 and 2024. "
For users in the Municipality of Stupnik, the Decision on third amendments to the Decision on connection to communal water structures defines that in the case of connection to the water supply network of real estate owned by natural persons for the household category, connection costs up to HRK 5,000.00 Citizens' aid is reimbursed by the Municipality of Stupnik.
